McCaren Access fees are dependent on the size and nature of the commission; please call us for more detailed information tailored to your specific project.

In general, our fees are calculated as a time charge based on the number of hours taken to complete the work, or as a fixed sum based on an estimate of the work required.

In addition to our design fees we charge for reasonable expenses and disbursements. VAT is payable on all our invoices.
